Gelombang Yang di Pancarkan Otak

Apakah anda sadar bahwa otak anda mengeluarkan gelombang yang berbeda pada saat anda beraktifitas sehari-hari. Sungguh Tuhan pencipta alam semesta ini mendisain otak kita dengan sangat kompleks tidak ada kekurangan sedikitpun dalam otak kita. Otak kita merupakan saraf utama karena berperan dalam pengaturan seluruh aktiffitas tubuh otak terdiri dari milyaran neuron atau bisa di sebut sel  otak dan ajaibnya antara neuron satu dengan neuron yang lain dapat menjalin komunikasi dengan cara memancarkan gelombang otak. Hal tersebutlah yang di sebut gelombang otak bisa di simpulkan glombang otak adalah suatu glombang yang di hasilkan oleh otak kita. Banyak anggapan salah yang di ungkapkan orang bahwa glombang otak hanya mengahasilkan gelombang pada saat melakukan aktifitas tertentu saja, sebenarnya otak mengasilkan gelombang gamma, alpha, theta, delta setiap saat hanya saja kadarnya yang berbeda. Semisal anda dalam keadaan panik sekali glombang gamma lah yang paling dominan dan pada saat anda mengantuk gelombang theta lah yang dominan. Tubuh kita itu memiliki sistem yang luar biasa seperti sistem  penapasan, pencernaan ,pengeluaran dan lain sebagainya semua itu  ada yang mengendalikan yaitu otak. Untuk meringankan tugas yang banyak sekali dalam aktifias kita sehari-hari maka otak di bagi menjadi 2 yaitu otak kanan dan otak kiri yang mana otak kanan berfungsi secara perasaa (mental) shingga dapat mengingat jangka panjang long term, otak kiri berfungsi  mengandalkan logika (ilmiah) dan hanya memiliki kemampuan mengingat jangka pendek short term. 
Untuk dapat mengendalikan tubuh kita otak membutuhkan suatu alat yang di sebut hormon, hormon yang dihasilkan otak kanan berbeda dengan hormon yang di hasilkan otak kiri.
Beribu-ribu hormon terkandung dalah tubuh kita dan hebatnya hormon tersebut memiliki tugasnya masing masing. Contoh pada saat kita tegang/cemas/takut tubuh kita akan banyak menghasilkan hormon adrenalin. Dan kenapa wanita itu lebih berperasaan, lebih sensitif , gampang nangis dari pada pria hal itu di karenakan wanita lebih banyak menghasilkan hormon prolactin.
Cara kerja brainwave yaitu mengendalikan hormon-hormon pada manusia dan mensugesti pikiran bawah sadar sehingga menghasilkan tindakan sesuei sugesti yang tertanam di pikiran bawah sadar kita.
